Went over system and noticed capacitor failing , contactor burnt, the compressor and blower motor were changed out and the evaporator also was changed out all in 2016 , then I noticed refrigerant levels stating over charged , system needed to be cleaned and what I assume is an issue with the TXV we are only getting a 10 degree split which system was running a lot to try and cool the space and would overheat trip on thermal overload , I explained everything to the customer and we did have Cassie out today and they are going over options for replacement.

Returned and installed condo pump for the attic air handler , what had happened was the Drainline got clogged and on the winter froze and cracked pvc and started leaking , a presented to the customer a condo pump in a separate drain pan with a wet switch install which I installed everything today cleaned AC and preformed system check customer will call on boiler tune up in the fall.
